In the sector of music in Dragačevo their activity have: trumpeters orchestras, original singing groups, Cultural- artistic associations, choir, school of music.

The orchestras take part in the programme of Center for culture in Guča, on the Trumpeters festival and on numeral parades and competitions in our country and in abroad.

Groups take part in the programme of Center for culture in Guča, on the Trumpeters festival and on numeral parades and competitions in our country and in abroad (group from Dučalovići is the winner of many competitions)

KUD “Abrašević” in Guča, founded in 2007, in cooperation with KUD “Abrašević” from Čačak has about 60 members.

KUD “Studenac” in Kotraža from the middle of 2005 has, beside singing also folcklore group that geathers about 80 girls and boys.

Choir “Sveti Sava” in Lučani, founded in 2000, take part  on the Trumpeters festival and in cultural programmes of the centers for culture in Lučani and Guča, programmes in towns in this area, from 2004 exists also the children’s choir.

School of music “Dr Vojislav Vučković” from Cacak with its departments in Lucani and in Guca- with groups for the piano, harmonica, guitar, violin, and also recently started its activity the group for the trumpet in Guca, whose students took part in some parades and competitions in Serbia.
