Public institution from the sector of culture is Center for culture, sport and tourism of the municipality of Lucani “Dragacevo” in Guca , founded from the part of municipality of Lucani in 2004. Center for culture in Lucani is the unit of the company “MB Namenska”. Culture Centers for culture -Center for culture in Guca, founded in 1962 -Center for culture in Lucani, founded within the factory “Milan Blagojevic”, started its activity in 1954 Libraries There are 11 libraries on the territory of the municipality- in Guca and in Lucani, 7 school libraries, 2 specialized – in the Institute for potato in Guca and in the company “MB Namenska” in Lucani. City library “Vladislav Petkovic Dis” in Cacak is the main library. Cultural institutions on the territory of municipalities - Museum activity on the territory of the municipality of Lucani is in charge of the National Museum in Cacak -the activity of the archive is in charge of intermunicipial historical archive in Cacak -the protection of the cultural goods on the territory of this municipality is in charge of the Agency for the protection of monuments of culture from Kraljevo. In the sector of culture on the territory of the municipality of Lucani, beside these mentioned institutions, there are also great number of associations, groups and individuals: In the sector of visual arts: -Association of artists and sculptors from area of Dragacevo In the sector of music art: -School of Music “Dr Vojislav Vuckovic” from Cacak with its departments in Lucani and in Guca, choir “Sveti Sava” in Lucani, from 2004 there is also the children’s choir, -KUD “Abrasevic” in Guca - National singing groups in Guca (“Dragacevka” female group), in Vuckovica (“Zlatne ruke”, female), in Kotraza (“Studenac” female and male), in Rogaca (“Mile Dragovic, male), in Ducalovici (male), in Puhovo (female and male), in the primary school in Guca (“Dragacevski biseri”)
In the sector of literature there are individuals (cronics, poets, toast proposers …) who don’t have their association. In the sector of acting there is a theatre group within Technical school in Guca and in Lucani. Cultural goods – monuments and cultural events
